Vaginal pain...maybe more common with triplets?

MDs can't really explain this pain.  It is super low, below where any baby would be.  I went in about 3 weeks ago for this sharp, quick pain, and sure enough, I was dilating.  Have had it since then, even during 11-day hospital stay, and dilation did not continue.  Wondering if anyone with trips has experienced this due to how 1 trip always has to lay super low.

No periods due to 17 years of ballet and distance running after college.  Zero response to 2 months of Clomid, little response to Letrozole.  IUI left with 9 cysts = too many viable eggs due to age.  On to IVF.  Low dose of all meds still produced 37 mature eggs 12.6.11.  Froze due to overstimulation.  

FET #1.1 1.22.12 BFN.   FET #1.2 2.22.12=GRACE! (and a vanishing twin).  

Grace Katherine born 10.25.12 @ 36w6w 6#14oz 19.5".
FET #1.3 3.2013 BFN FET#1.4 4.2013 BFN. Never tried a fresh transfer.  Let's try, despite 10 still frozen.  
ER 6.26.13 27 mature eggs, slight overstim. ET   7.1.13 ectopic, FET 2.1  9.10.14   TRIPLETS!!  

Boys born 3.18.14 @ 29w5d.  Andrew Jack 3#6oz 16", Grant Robert 3#9oz 16", Charles Phillip 3#7oz 17".

    No trips for me, just twins, but I asked my OB about feeling sore in my vagina, not uterus, and she said it was the pressure/heaviness from the babies. Not sure if this is what you are asking...It started for me at about 31w and my cervix was slightly softened, but i would get it at the end of the day only , now it is constant.

    That could very well be. Mine started at 26 weeks, so it's probably comparable with twins/triplets. Thanks!

    Look up Symphysis Pubic Dysfunction. I believe I had this. My doctor did not take me very seriously.

    Just twins here but have had similar pain since 27ish weeks. Baby a is low and breech so I figure that has a lot to do w it.

    Me:29 DH:29  TTC since 1/11 Dx: unexplained IF/early DOR/immune issues 
    Feb'12- July'12-testing(all clear minus slight arcuate ute), 3 IUI with clomid all BFN
    8/30IVF#1 Antagonist protocol- ER 9/11-8R, 7M, 5F. 
    ET 9/14 2 embies transferred. 1 10cell Grade 4, 1 8cell Grade 4. No frosties. BFN
    IVF#2 Antagonist protocol plus baby aspirin- ER 12/5-16R, 12M, 8F!
    ET 12/10 5dt! 1 fully expanded blast & 1 early blast. No frosties. BFN
    3/13 hysteroscopy & polypectomy, Consulted w Dr. Kwak-Kim.  
    DX: High NK cells, cytokines, DHEAs& PAI1;  hypothyroid, +APA, restricted bloodflow
    7/13 IVF#3 Long lupron protocol with PIO, Crinone, Prometrium, and vivelle
    (plus synthroid, metformin, baby asa, metanx, PNV, Vit E, D, calcium, fish oil, CoQ10, IVIg infusions and lovenox per Dr. Kwak-kim)
    ER 7/19 14R, 11M, 9F(4 natural fert, 5 with ICSI)
    ET 5dt 7/24 2 fully expanded blasts.  SURPRISE 3 FROSTIES!!!
    Beta #1 8/2 335!!!! Beta #2 829!!!  1st u/s 8/14 showed TWINS!!!!!

    Just twins here but my waddle is definitely due to the pain in my crotch and not just from my hips cracking with every step (i'm 30 weeks and this started around 28 weeks)!  It's especially painful if I haven't walked around for a while like first thing in the morning.  Sometimes I'll sit in a Epson salt bath which helps for a bit.  Some people claim a maternity belt helps pull the babies up a bit to relieve pressure but I didn't like the feel of them around my belly.  I've also heard that getting in a pool and floating a bit helps relieve the pressure but it's been to cold to test this out.

    They're all just saying it's normal. Maybe stretching or 10+# of baby.
    I carry odd..very small and high. You seriously couldn't pull anything up with a belt.
    Guess I just deal. No difference in dilation today.
