should i say something

hi! I am a sahm to two boys 5 and 2. I have been babysitting a friends son since august. he is 5 days older than my youngest. his mom has told me that he doesn't nap and goes to bed around 9.  in our house nap time/quiet time is at 1pm.  my youngest naps for at least an hour and my oldest playes quietly in his room or watches a movie.  the boys I am babysitting will nap for at least 2 hours everytime he is here.  and will go to sleep by 8.  should I say something to the mom about trying to get him to nap at home? she cosleeps with him and lays down with him to fall asleep.  I also have the feeling he doesn't hear no very often so if he crys she'll just give in.  what are your thoughts?

    i don't have a problem with him napping and neither do they. he cries when he's tired like just cries over everything and screams because he wants his mom. I can get him to calm down and nap but he freaks out. after a few days he will go to sleep fine. then on his days off or if his grandma takes him I am back to square one again.
