That at the end of the day my child is still in one piece! We had to wake her up at 5:30am this morning to head to the doctor. She had general anesthesia this morning for the spinal tap AND chemo and is literally bouncing off the walls. I am exhausted. Toys are scattered throughout the floor. The TV is one and she just dumped a box of craisins on the floor and is eating them. I don't have the energy to care right now.

On the plus side DH cut her hair last night into a short bob, it is COMPLETELY uneven but cute. Her hair is falling out rapidly and it looked terrible how long it was before. We expect it to be gone within the next two weeks

Glad to hear she is enjoying herself! She sounds like such a joyful little girl. And who cares about the mess? Just kick back and relax the best you can.
