Nipple size for bottle

My LO is 4 months is breastfed but gets a bottle of BM from DH once a day. We are still using level one nipples, should we be moving to the next size up bc of age or no bc of BF?

    We use dr brown with premie nipple. DS is 7.5 m old.

    We didn't move up nipples until 9 months and only then because she was getting frustrated with bottles while I was away and wasn't drinking much.
