PSA: FuzziBunz (CD) Outlet Opening

For those looking to CD - FuzziBunz is opening their "outlet" (read seconds quality diapers) tomorrow - this means you can get pretty good diapers for a discounted price.  They are considered imperfect, so while the quality of the diaper isn't quite up to par of a first quality sale, but there is absolutely nothing functionally wrong with it.  You can get great diapers for a cheaper price this way.

I will give the caveat that we had a few different FBs (FuzziBunz) diapers with M, and they didn't work well for us - we found they leaked with her more than other diapers - but I have friends who used them and loved them, one of whom used hers with all three kids.

    Cloth diapering guru, question for you! 

    When do you normally stock up on your CDs? Do you mostly buy them used or new? I have heard there are pretty good sales on Earth Day so while I'm itching to buy diapers now do you think I should wait?

    FB don't work for us either but I know people who loved theirs!! I buy all mine new except newborn I bought some seconds

    I actually just bought a lot of newborn fitted diapers that are used but in excellent used condition (EUC).  In the past, I have bought both new and used, both first quality and seconds.  It just depends.  Right now, I'm looking for really incredible deals on used nb diapers, but if I can't find something that strikes me as really great condition for a good price, I might just buy new (primarily b/c I know I"ll be able to sell them for a good amount later on.

    I honestly don't remember great deals on Earth Day.  I usually shop through Abby's Lane, who always has 5% off (I think the current code is SAVINGS, but I might be wrong) or elsewhere.

    @shannonliggett  I tend to recommend Bumgenius 4.0s pockets or Blueberry Pocket Deluxe diapers in terms of commercially produced pockets - there are obviously those who prefer other ones or don't have the best experience with those particular ones, but in my experience, they tend to work for most people.

    In terms of AIOs, I don't use them a ton (they take FOREVER to dry), but I do like the concept of the Bumgenius Freetime diaper (AIO, theoretically shouldn't take as long to dry), and I'm going to pick up a few of the Blueberry Simplex (in newborn, but they do have a one-size as well).

    I am so curious to see how their prices look for this. I know I've said this multiple times but our stash is almost all FB.. but I don't feel like the FB site usually has good deals/good selection on diapers
