Question for amyg*

With the advice you gave from my last question regarding oversupply,overactive letdown and I didn't know how to page you and start a new post with this quoted. Im still attempting block feeding and i have not pumped. But next week is my last week off work. I do have a freezer supply and i know i can just pump once in the morning. My question is that when i block feed ill do it for a period of time but then during the evening fussy, i sometimes have to go to both breasts, and i still have a fast let down, right now im able to just pop him off and spray, sometimes hell pop himself off and look at it, like can we finish. Also, Once the other side gets full/engorged then do i switch to that side? I just dont know how i got all this over supply, i haven't even pumped that much and why it seems to change throughout the day and night. Also when i pump, do i pump both breasts or alternate when i return to work. He takes 3-4 oz, when I pump do I just stop at 3-4 oz each session.
