Inspired by the Monday Meal plan, I want to know your best recipes, especially the easy ones. That one pot skillet meal looks awesome. I need more recipes like that. I'm so bored of everything we usually eat.
I second skinnytaste.com. But honestly, we are not very adventurous during the week. Spaghetti with turkey meatballs and fajitas make the weekly menu almost always.
I use Pinterest for recipes a lot, so they come from all different websites and blogs. A couple sites I use / people I follow on Pinterest - skinnytaste.com, damndelicious.net, ohmyveggies.com, twopeasandtheirpod.com
Sooo good. And plenty for 2 meals (with rice & veggie one night and as sandwiches the 2nd night), plus lunches for DS. The glaze contains a ton of sugar, which really isn't how I usually cook, but we used so little of the actual glaze that it wasn't too bad.
This new bump hates me and I can't quote. @jf198400 Thanks, I hope you like it. Chicken broth should be fine in place of wine. If you wanted to get close to the same flavor you could also add a squeeze of lemon juice for the acid, but there is enough acid in the tomatoes that I don't think it will be an issue.
@dashofreality I made your chicken florentine last night and it was super delicious! DH loved it! My kids are picky and didn't really eat it, but I think next time I'll just take some of the chicken out and set it aside for them before I add the creamed spinach. Thanks for the recipe!

@jf198400 thank you very much, it makes me very to hear that.
I feel you on the picky eater, just posted about it - https://dashofreality.com/pickyeater/ My DD wouldn't eat this plain at all, but I serve it over pasta and I just put a little bit in with her pasta and some extra 'shakey cheese'. She basically just picks out the pasta, but at least it makes me feel like I am fighting the good fight.
