  We're queer. I'm 33, have severe stage 4 endo, and had both fallopian tubes removed. My love ("Manada" on the boards, 32) was diagnosed with diminished ovarian reserve. We did Partner IVF (my eggs, her uterus). We lost our twins Tavin and Casey at 21 weeks gestation.
  
  Our IUIs
  with @Manada: IUI# 1-7 (December 2012- September 2013) all BFN. Tried natural, femara, clomid, puregon/follistim, clomid and menopur combo, both the ovidrel and HCG triggers.
  
  Our IVFs:
  IVF #1 my eggs November/December 2013: Cancelled IVF due to poor response
  
  IVF #2 my eggs/Manada's uterus January/February 2014
  BCPs and lupron overlap Stimmed: 1/22-2/2: Bravelle and Menopur (dosage ranged from B300 and M150 to B375 and M150 to B300 and M225)
  2/4 retrieved 10 eggs. Endo was much worse than expected. Only 3 eggs fertilized; February 7 transferred two day 3 embryos, froze one. All great condition.
  BFP eve of 6dp3dt; Beta 1 (11dp3dt): 110; Beta 2 (13dp3dt): 175; Beta 3 (15dp3dt): 348; Beta 4 (19dp3dt): 2222; Beta 5 (21dp3dt): 4255
  1st ultrasound (3/6  6w 1d): TWINS!!!! Twin A measuring 6w1d with a heartbeat of 118bpm. Twin B measuring 6w0d with a heartbeat of 113bpm.

  Intralipid infusion on Dec 10. Transfer of 1 day 3 nine-cell embryo into my uterus on Dec. 19. (acupuncture immediately before and after)

  I had fairly low betas also and I was concerned.  I called my RE bc I was so worried.  They said all is fine as long as they double.  My RE doesn't even do a 3rd beta, which has been torture!!!  

  
  

  I know exactly how you feel.  I am FINALLY going to my u/s tomorrow (beta #! was 2/21), so I am very anxious also. Trust your RE.  I know it is difficult!!  FX for both of us tomorrow!!

  2/15/2015 IVF #3  E2 Protocol ER 12 eggs retrieved.  ICSI'd 9.

  As PP said, beta number itself doesn't matter, it matters that it doubles.  My first beta was super low (28) and I'm almost 36 weeks!

  Me: 33, DH: 39   Unexplained Infertility

  4 IUIs (chlomid) in 2013 which resulted in DS born in April 2014

  TTC #2 since August 2015

  5 rounds of IUIs (1 chlomid: resistent, 1 femara, 3 gonal f) = all BFN

  ER March 9: 26 eggs retrieved, 19 mature and 17 fertilized, 8 made it to genetic testing, 4 normal!

  FET #1 5/31 = BFN

  FET#2 7/26 = BFP!

  Thanks!  @Rachnan - do you remember what you second beta was?  I've been looking at everyone's siggy's but since I didn't go thru IVF mine seem a bit different then everyone's.  Congrats on the LO, so exciting!

  @Sammydan703 I believe my second beta jumped to the 70s and my third was in the 150s.  Did have any more after that but had my first u/s at about 5 wks 4days and saw the sac. T&Ps that yours keeps jumping!

  I cant see your siggy, and not sure if my betas are in mine, but with my son my beta was 37! And did the minimum the whole time! He is 18 months and the light of my life! As long as they double in 72 hours its all good every baby is different! Good luck

  
  Started TTC in 2006, LOTS of trying, and trying, and 7 rounds of IVF with 13 embryos, 2 perfect little boys and 5 loses....
  All finished with babies, started to make diet changes, Keto, to be MORE for my kids, lost 30 pounds, still going, and 3 months in, I had a natural cycle, and then ovulated... Hubs and I are going to see what happens now... Maybe a natural pregnancy? After everything we have been through? Or just a return to normal hormones? We shall see what the future holds!

  Congrats on the good numbers!

  Me: 42. DH: 46.

  1st Pregnancy: MC, 11/19/00.

  2nd Pregnancy: DS born 04/10/06.

  3rd Pregnancy: CP, 03/11.

  4th Pregnancy: MMC, D&C 11/30/11, Genetic testing revealed Trisomy 4.

  5th Pregnancy: Ectopic, 2 doses of Methotrexate unsuccessful, surgery 4/10/12, right tube removed.

  Tried Letrozole January 2013-July 2013 (including 2 IUIs), all BFN.  After 2 1/2 years of trying for child #2, decided to "give up" after July cycle, based on AMA.

  August 16, 2013:  BFP our first month of "not trying!"  Still in shock.  Beta #1 (14dpo): 183.  Beta #2 (17dpo):  611.  Ultrasound 8/30/13: baby measured 6 weeks, 1 day, heart rate of 118 bpm! 
  Ultrasound 9/13/13:  8 weeks, heart rate of 176!
