Very sore throat and fever

I've been fighting some sort of bug for the past few days and last night I spiked a fever. I guess it's time to go to the doctor. My question is about antibiotics. I HATE taking them anyway, but it's extra annoying to have to while BF. I know there are BF-safe antibiotics, but are there supply concerns? And I know to be on the watch for thrush. Ugh.

Being sick can lower your supply, but as long as you keep pumping and nursing, it should come back when you get better.

I got the pennicilin shot rather than having to take medicine for 10 days.
