advocare peeps!

Oookay, some day when the IRS releases my refund, I would like to purchase :) I can't afford the $150 a month for crossfit and have no time because of school. I lost the babyweight by nothing looks the same. Can I get some info? Is this something that will work paired with healthy eating and some exercise. I just dint have much time during the day.

  • I don't possible know where you may have any fat because you look skinny to me... but to answer your q it's all diet and they don't push workouts. It's basically low carb no dairy. If you work out you will probably get quicker results though. Maybe try the cleanse first? Then you can get a feel for the diet and add supplements. The advocare reps are probably hating me right now (sorry!)

  • Awe Thanks :) stuff just isn't in the same place as prebaby. I think i just notice every littke thing bc im not working out anymore so I dont feel toned.

    No dairy would be sad (coffee creamer!) But I'm sure it's good for you.

  • I don't have any experience with Advocare but if you want to tone up I highly recommend 30 day shred - I've been doing it for 3 weeks with noticible results. It's only 20 min which is great because I have time for nothing else.
