Sorry I'm a day late with this! My phone broke so I've barely been online. I hope everyone had a great weekend!

1) Due date? It was March 9th How many weeks are you? Currently 40 weeks and 2 days What size is baby?
Lord only knows cause I haven't had an u/s since January and at that time LO was measuring 4.5 lbs.

2) Age at delivery? 36

3) Any other children? No other children Furbabies? 2 pups one of which decided to get into a bag of candles today and crush them all over my living room.

4) How are you feeling? New symptoms this week? I can hardly walk between back pain and pelvic pressure. I am also a hormonal/emotional wreck. I'm crying daily, don't want to talk to anybody, and am snapping at DH constantly. I just want this kid out at this point.

5) Any upcoming appointments, milestones, rants or raves? Thursday weekly check and NST. If everything looks ok will likely schedule induction for Sunday night into Monday. Of course bad weather is being expected for my area on Monday too, FANTASTIC! Lol

QOTW: What was your favorite subject in high school and/or college? History. I would have majored in it but I didn't want to be a teacher and I didn't know what else I could do with the degree, except maybe become the next Indiana jones lol

I turn 39 tomorrow.

Canine furbaby.

4) How are you feeling? New symptoms this week?
A little bit of back pain, which is new. Hoping some pregnancy-safe stretches help.

5) Any upcoming appointments, milestones, rants or raves?
We have our big 20-week anatomy scan on Monday. I am nervous and excited all at once.

QOTW: What was your favorite subject in high school and/or college?
I loved school, so it's hard to pick just one: English, photography, philosophy ... so many.

3) Any other children? Furbabies? 2 cats and a dog. One cat discovered the pack n play which was just set up in our room. Luckily jumping in there has not become a habit.

4) How are you feeling? New symptoms this week? I feel like my hands are those of an 80 year old. I can hardly close my fists in the morning. They don't even appear swollen they just hurt. Also can't sleep at all. Everyone tells me to "rest up" now...honestly I think I will sleep better with a crying baby than I am now.

5) Any upcoming appointments, milestones, rants or raves? Have weekly appointments now every Friday. Nothing new happening with my body or the baby as of last Friday.

@Beachgal72‌ OMG I thought I was the only one with the hand thing going on. Both of them will get numb at night and my left one especially cramps up during the day. Yet I have no noticeable swelling.

New symptoms this week? Boobs are SORE, very slight nausea 5) any upcoming appointments, milestones, rants or raves? Oh boy do I have a rant. All I have looked forward to is seeing my baby's heartbeat today at my first dr appt. however when I got there I was told their ultrasound wand was broken and she tried to do a sonogram. Took a long time and we saw the sac but no heartbeat. Technically I'm 5 weeks and 6 days so I know I should not expect that we would have seen the heartbeat via external sonogram but still it upset me to see a sac with no hb. Then she made such a big deal about my age I felt horrible. She wants me to do a 24 hr urine test and screening that my DH decided we weren't going to do etc. . Idk. I was just looking forward to my first appt and left feeling down. Sorry for the long rant here QOTW: what was your favorite subject in high school and/or college? Surprisingly art history

1) Due date? How many weeks are you? What size is baby? 5/20. 30 weeks today!

3) Any other children? Furbabies? 1 dog

4) How are you feeling? New symptoms this week? I'm feeling fine now. I took a hard fall onto a concrete floor on Saturday, so I was sore for a few days. It happened so fast that I didn't have time to brace myself, but luckily I landed on my side. Baby has been kicking away just fine.

5) Any upcoming appointments, milestones, rants or raves? We've started interviewing nanny candidates and toured a day care last week. I'm anxious to get that issue locked down.

QOTW: What was your favorite subject in high school and/or college? It varied based on the teacher. One year I would love English and hate it the next, depending on how fun the teacher made things.

Not as tired as I remember with DS. 5) Any upcoming appointments, milestones, rants or raves? Next appt in 2 weeks-I get a vaginal ultrasound this time around. 3/27! 37w 5d (6d in 1 hour which is when I went into labor with DS. Size of a watermelon.

3) Any other children? Furbabies? An almost 5yo DS and an 8 yo welsh terrier

4) How are you feeling? New symptoms this week?
I got an horrible cold over the weekend and barely slept. I'm still recovering from the cold but not 100%. Luckily I got sleep last night. Pregnant no new symptoms.

5) Any upcoming appointments, milestones, rants or raves? I'm coming up to 38w which is when DS was born. DS2 was breeched but my ultrasound on Monday showed head down but still high. I hoping he drops since DS1 was the same and it made for a long time of pushing.

QOTW: What was your favorite subject in high school and/or college? I loved my women in history class in college.

@2redtulips: Happy Birthday! The "cat-camel" yoga move did wonders for my back and hip pain early on. Hope you find some relief!

@QOTR: Sorry to hear about your fall! Don't be surprised by how unearthly sore you are: I fell in January and it was so odd how sore I was.

1) Due date? How many weeks are you? What size is baby? Due Sunday! 39w3d; watermelon!

2) Age at delivery? (optional) 37

3) Any other children? Furbabies? Nope.

4) How are you feeling? New symptoms this week? Actually, fairly good! New symptoms: contractions! But none that have stuck around for more than a few hours.

5) Any upcoming appointments, milestones, rants or raves? Appt: Friday. Milestones: about to hit the "delivery window" set of days where I'm most likely to give birth from a statistical perspective and that feels nuts! Rant: I'm training my replacement and coworkers still seem to be in denial that I could be gone at any time. Yes, she needs this access, and no, I can't wait: I need to train her on what to do now if I go into labor in an hour! Rave: I'm gonna have a baby!

QOTW: What was your favorite subject in high school and/or college? Like @QOTR, it was heavily teacher dependent. In HS: Algebra or English. In college: usually English.

Due date is November 6th (I think, anyway, based on LMP). I'm officially 6 weeks pregnant today.

2) Age at delivery? (optional) 43. Holy Moly.

3) Any other children? Furbabies? I have a son who is 2 today! And we have two dogs that drive us nuts.

4) How are you feeling? New symptoms this week? My hips hurt, my back hurts, my boobs intermittently hurt. Everything smells off and I am tired and a little nauseous, but nothing terrible.

5) Any upcoming appointments, milestones, rants or raves? First ultrasound is March 26th. Appointment with rheumy to check on autoimmune issues (my oby threw around putting me on Lovenox, but there's no way I am doing that without the proper bloodwork first to confirm I have an issue--which I didn't have with my son, but antibody levels can and do change).

QOTW: What was your favorite subject in high school and/or college? I was an English major in college, but I was hugely into theater, and loved my theater classes the best. I also loved beer, and probably could have taught a course in that as well.

Still some bouts of morning nausea. I have some pain in my back/buttock I'm going to talk to the doc about today at my appointment.
My newest 'symptom'? My damn jeans are getting tight. Which I look upon with mixed emotions. I'm glad, as it means everything's progressing. I'm sad because it means I need to go buy clothes. I HATE clothes shopping!

Have an appointment this afternoon.
Will be glad when DH gets home from his out of town work trip so I can actually SLEEP at night.
My 16 year old went and opened his first savings/checking account by himself yesterday with his first 2 paychecks from work. I'm just stupid proud of that.

Vent: SXSW is going on in Austin right now. EVERY DAY I curse it. It jams up traffic. People act dumb driving.
And to make things worse, it attracted Justin Bieber to Austin. CURSE YOU SOUTHBYSOUTHWEST!!!

I'm getting uncomfortable, and this is freaking me out because it seems waaayyy too early to be uncomfortable. LO is alternately lodged under my ribs making sitting and breathing uncomfortable, or really low making my bladder uncomfortable. I don't remember DD moving around so much.

5) Any upcoming appointments, milestones, rants or raves?
I have my regular 4 week check up tomorrow.

QOTW: What was your favorite subject in high school and/or college?
In high school I loved History, but I think it was just because of the teachers. In college, I liked Spanish so much so that I decided to switch my major to it.

Baby dropped! Which is great, except for the Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction - which makes me feel like I rode a horse for the last three days.

Weekly appointments now, brought the birthing tub home last night - getting ready!
QOTW: What was your favorite subject in high school and/or college? I studied Anthro/Archaeology but loved Anatomy/Physio as well.

@jennyjaws - What a disappointing appointment. I am sorry you didn't get to see the heartbeat and that the tech made such a fuss about your age. Not cool! Vibes to you for a great follow-up appointment.
@QOTR - How scary that you fell. I am glad you're ok.
@jbelle and @alittlelibrary - You're both getting so close! Tons of vibes to both of you for the home stretch.

Thanks for all the birthday wishes. I had a GREAT day. I treated myself to a prenatal massage (ahhh!), and then DH gave me certificates for two more. Yes!

I went to acupuncture today, and she did some cupping on my back to help with the lower back pain. I've never had that done before, and it was a little weird. But, hey, if it helps...
