Another Baby girl name opinion poll

I really love the name Katherine for my daughter's first name, but sm having trouble choosing part of the middle name. My husband's side of the family has a tradition where the children have 2 middle names, and the girls have the 2nd middle name of Veronica. I'm not crazy about Veronica myself, but I am getting Katherine which is what I have wanted to name my daughter for years. Katherine is my grandmother's name, and Grace is my mother's name as well as my middle name. I always loved Katherine Grace, but during my first pregnancy with my son, Katherine Rose (Katie Rose) came into my head and I have not been able to get it out! So, what do you gals think? Preferences?
