On my way to MFM right now to have an ultrasound. I've been worried about baby so thus appointment couldn't come soon enough. I also have some blood draws to check my blast counts. Hoping my numbers are stable and I can start to wean off all these steroids they have me on.
I'm at the doctors now, appointment is at 9:05am est and of coarse I'm early. I've been here over twenty minutes. Its a regular check up. 25wks so I'm sure my twice a month appointments will be starting to get scheduled. Also, Lil Man is making all kinds of movement so watching the doc find his heartbeat without him squirming away will be entertaining.
At 25week check up appointment now. Last appointment I was measuring small and was told that after being so sick,I may be getting put on supplemental nutrition so hopefully this appointment I have gained and hope LO is measuring on track!
3:45 CST appt for my 28 week checkup and Glucose Screen. Whoever thought telling a pregnant woman not to eat/drink for several hours was a good idea? Ugh, not looking forward to it.
MFM checkup at 1:30pm EDT. Will be checking the girls' growth rate and my cervical length. Here's hoping for good news and possibly some nice pics--these babies are camera shy. Good luck to everyone today!
LO is looking good. We have finally decided to move my due date back to 6/9...finally. Had my first Rhogam shot and glucose test...not really a fun appt by any means. Starting every 2 weeks from here on out. Man this time has flown by! Keep updating, ladies, I love reading your news from appts!

Oh yeah! And to drink something that will cause acid reflux...when you are already struggling to keep your own saliva down. Boo. Come on modern medicine and help a momma out!
I'm at the lab right now doing my 3 hour GTT... It's actually 4 hours. I feel jittery from that drink and I won't be done until 1... Gosh I'm hungry already. Good luck ladies!
Bi weekly u/s for LOs mass and it is staying steady and not growing!! Having my 28 week today with glucose and rhogam shot. Glucose didn't taste as bad as I thought it would. Good luck to everyone else.
Well... my ultrasound wasn't great Baby is only measuring in the 34th percentile and his heart valves were measuring a little thicker than they should. Apparently that could mean his heart is working harder than it should. We have a fetal echo scheduled for next week to get a better look. Luckily his heart rate and BP are normal.
On a good note my WBC is down to 12 and I had zero blast cells which means I am responding well to to the chemo.
Had my OB appt, MFM appt, and glucose test today, so was at the doctor's for about 4.5 hours. I am beat! I am measuring 33 weeks and the babies are each about 1.5 lbs. No signs of preterm labor or anything, which is good considering I felt kind of paranoid I would get bad news last week. Both babies are still breech. The only thing they are keeping an eye on is my Baby A's belly. Her belly is measuring only in the 8th% while the rest of her is higher (I think like 30?) They said it was probably nothing since overall she is measuring well, but they want to make sure she maintains or gets ahead in that area over the next few weeks. Other than that, everything is normal. They are talking about setting my C-section for somewhere between June 4-11 (so 37-38 weeks).
Okay, finally have an update. I still have no definite answers. All they're seeing right now is inappropriate tachycardia syndrome and he has no idea what is causing it. I have to have an echo done to make sure I do not have any cardiomyopathy (damage or weakening of my heart, b/c my symptoms could be from that too). If I do, that would mean they'd have to take the baby early by c-section (he said as soon as was possibly safe, I'm 25 weeks today, so I don't know how soon that would mean)...but he's pretty sure I DON'T have it...just wants to make sure. If the echo comes back fine, I will go on a beta blocker (BP medication) to help my heart beat regularly, and then we'd do further testing once the baby is here.
I got on propranolol (a beta blocker) and have found it's helped quite a bit with my heart. It's slowed down my heart rate causing less trachardic episodes -- actually almost none since I've gotten on the meds which in return causes less anxiety. I hope they figure it out for you.

@kibean I'm very sorry for offending you and anyone else for that matter. I absolutely did not mean any harm by that statement and will not use the word again. I totally understand where you are coming from.
@lizardbreath14 I did not post 4 times in a row unless my finger magically pressed the button 4 times really fast which I'm fairly certain did not happen. I think TB has a mind of its own sometimes.
