House Update!!

They just sent over the release! We're getting our $12,500 back!!! WOOOOO!!

The new buyer was having issues with the seller/sellers agent and contacted our agent to find out why we backed out. He didnt get into too much detail but told them about the septic and the fact that they're holding our money. They decided that they were going to do everything they could to help us out. The buyer is buying in cash and told us they were planning on closing on Thursday. So our lawyer wrote the seller a nasty email and made her look like an idiot more than once. She then told them that we would be putting a lein on the house, in which case she wouldn't be closing on Thursday :) Release sent!

So this is what breathing feels like?!?! I forgot!
