If you want to have a party at a park in my town, apparently you need to reserve a picnic table like 3 months in advance! I was idly looking at the parks website and DS's birthday is already booked at several parks! Now I have to move fast, eek!

I'm hoping they give me some kind of proof of reservation, because I'm totally anticipating showing up with party stuff and someone already setting up at my table that I reserved 3 MONTHS IN ADVANCE...

    Its like that in my area too. Welcome to over populated So Cal lol. And I'm sure there have probably many fights over picnic benches and parties.

    Right? I could see a month in advance, but 3 was crazy to me! Luckily DS now has a designated venue for his party, and at least I don't have to think about it for a while, lol.
