  There are so many variables that these phones would actually still be active and ringing (like battery life or receiving a signal at all) that it makes my head spin. I am wondering if they are actually ringing or if the callers are just hearing a ringing sound as the call bounces from cell tower to cell tower searching for the phone or just as a carrier default setting to do so.
