I Get The Whole "Round Ligaments Stretching For The Baby As It Grows" But I Had A PaIn Today That Stopped Me In My Tracks!! Anyone Else Deal With This?

    RLP can be pretty painful. For me it usually hit me when I try to get up from sitting or laying down. I have to stay bent over for a few seconds, then the pain & tightness lets up. It can be pretty alarming if you haven't had it before.

    The last few days it feels like my stomach muscles are being ripped apart and almost tender to touch.

    Mine have been pretty bad lately. I felt like a pulled a ab muscle yesterday. I also get sharp pains when I sneeze. Which unfortunatly for me is all the time. Stupid allergies. :(

    Same here! Thanks to allergies on a daily basis now a days, I'm sneezing up a storm. Sneezing when you're laying down hurts the most :(

    Yeah I get RPL a lot.  I find that getting up a bit slowly helps a lot - I usually get it when I'm sitting for a while and get up quickly.

    Mine Happens All Throughout The Day ... Sitting Still ... Walking ... This Is Also My First Pregnancy, So It Could Just Be My Body Warming Up To It All. I'm About To Be 29 Years Old And Am 12 Weeks On Wednesday.

    When I was about 6 weeks along (?) I was reading a book and it suddenly felt like my pelvis was being pulled apart. I walked it off for several minutes but it was nauseating! I have regular round ligament pain now.
