Has anyone cycled at San Diego Fertility Center?

Considering switching to this clinic and want to get feedback from anyone who's went there.
Me: 36 - stage 2/3 endometriosis, diminished ovarian reserve (DOR), poor responder
Hubs: 37 - low morphology
TTC since 2008

Referred to local RE: 6/22/2010
HSG + Saline sonogram: 8/13/2010
IUI #1: BFN 09/2010
IUI #2: BFN 10/2010
IUI #3: + acupuncture: BFN 12/26/2010
Laparoscopy: Diagnosed and cleaned out endometriosis 1/9/2012
IVF#1 (ICSI): Long Lupron + acupuncture = Cancelled 1/11/2013
Second opinion phone consult with CCRM: 5/13/2013
ODWU at CCRM: 6/10/13
IVF #2 (ICSI): Estrogen Priming Protocol - ER 9/28/2013 = 7 eggs retrieved, 4 fertilized (banked and frozen at one cell stage for PGD testing with embies next retrieval)
IVF #3 (ICSI): Estrogen Priming Protocol - ER 1/10/14 = 8 eggs retrieved, 3 fertilized. My 4 from previous cycle were thawed at Day 1 to grow to Day 5 blastocyst phase with my 3 fresh embryos. Only 2 embryos made blastocyst and were biopsied for CCS testing. Both were abnormal. Nothing to transfer from either cycle. Told that I should move onto other options.Grieving loss of any biological children with my genes.

    Dx = AMA/DOR, MFI

    IVF/ICSI #1 = BFN

    IVF/ICSI #2 = BFP; early loss

    IVF/ICSI #3 (DE) = BFP; early loss

    FET = BFN

    IVF/ICSI #4 (DE w/ CCS) = BFP

    Beta #1 @ 10dp6dt = 265; Beta #2 @ 14dp6dt = 1251. 

    1st U/S @ 6w2d showed one perfect little heartbeat! 

    2nd U/S @ 7w2d. HB 132 & everything measuring on track.

    Our beautiful little girl arrived January 2015!

    I haven't cycled there but lots of ladies on my other boards (PVED) have -- you might want to intro over there if you haven't already to discuss.  Other places to consider (with high DE success rates) are Oregon Reproductive Medicine and Advanced Fertility Center of Chicago.  If it were me I'd choose ORM out of all of these, because they have great success rates AND do significantly more eSETs (elective single embryo transfers) -- making their already high success rates even more impressive.  I have heard anecdotally that SDFC can be discouraging of eSETS.

    (I cycled in NYC so have no personal experience with any of these clinics.)

    DH: 38, Balanced translocation 5&10, unexplained MFI, normal SA and SCSA
    Tx History: IUI 1&2= BFN
    IVF# 1 W/ICSI= BFN
    IVF# 2: cancelled d/t no response
    IVF# 3= 1 egg retrieved=immature/not viable
    IVF# 4= c/p
    ***CCRM ODWU***
    Found DHs BT and Me-decreased blood flow to uterus
    Recommended DE IVF w/PGD, incorporate electro-acupuncture. Decided to cycle locally
    ***New RE***
    DE IVF# 1(cycle #6) w/pgd, (freeze all): 30R, 23M, 15F, slow/poor embryo development, 4 biopsied, 1 Normal "Norm"; DE IVF w/PGD, incorporate electro-acupuncture. 
    IVF# 6: (OE/DS) cancelled
    IVF# 7: (OE/DS) 1R, 1M, 1F, arrested day 5
    Plan-DE IVF# 2 (cycle #8): DE/DS in May 2015
