  I am always bare footed. Dh has feet issues too so he has indoor tennis shoes that he wears with his inserts.

  We are also shoes off. None of us mind being barefoot except for DH. He wears socks.

  We don't wear shoes in the house either. Its always either barefoot or socks, if it is chilly. I have a few pairs of slippers that I might wear if I'm just laying around the house.

  Bare feet, but then my family hates shoes inside or out. My kids spend the majority of their time barefoot both inside and outside spring, summer and fall.

  I wear slippers in the winter, flip flops or nothing in the summer. We aren't offically a shoes-off house but I just find not wearing shoes more comfortable than wearing them.

  I wear toms in the house - they are just for wearing in the house. I broke my ankle a few years slipping on stairs in my socks so I just like the protection.

  In our apartment, which was completely carpeted, I had bare feet. In our new house, which has hardwood on the main floor where I spend most of the day, I wear socks.

  Usually just socks or slipper socks if my feet are cold. In the summer I go barefoot. You could probably find some slippers that are designed to give more support.

  I think the brand is Isotomers. They are just slippers but it is what my mom has and it has support

  I have a pair of Ugg slippers with real soles.  They are a life saver for my feet against my hard surface floors.  In the summer I usually just wear flip flops.

  We are either barefoot or wearing socks. I agree with others though if you need the support I would buy a pair if good shoes for inside only.

  socks. can't stand the feeling of any little bit of dirt or anything sticking to my feet. we have mostly carpet (which i can't stand.) if i were you i'd go out and get a cheap pair of c9 (target) or fila sneakers ($20 at costco!) to wear indoors, or slippers w/ arch support like others mentioned.
  
  do you mind sharing the specific issues you're having? there may be other things that would help depending on the issue.
