Seriously!!!! He is such an idiot! How can Nikki even be with him after that nonsense last night?? Chris Harrison didn't know what to say. It did make for good tv though.

I disagree now. I used to think Juan was an idiot. But why should he say I love you or propose because everyone else wants him to? He made a comment during the after special saying that he did what he felt not what the show wanted him to do. I say, good for him.
And Clare is just pissed he didnt choose her. What is he supposed to say when he didnt choose her? He did have feelings for her and he said that. He was picturing his life with her, but he decided he wanted a life with Nikki more. Thats what every bachelor does/has to do every season. He has gotten so much crap for everything he does, I dont blame him for wanting to try and be private now.
I do think he has large level of immaturity and no filter. I also disagree with how he handled things throughout the season. And also I think its Clares own fault their relationship became more sexual than anything else.

I haven't watched the aftershow yet. I don't care that he said I like you a lot (I'd much rather he not say he loved her if he didn't mean it) but just coming from him it sounded douchey.

The whole episode was just awkward.

I haven't watched any of this season but have just read about it online (Reality Steve mostly) but the whole season was totally awkward. There didn't even seem to be very much drama between the girls. I kind of think the show has run it's course. They need to bring back the Bachelor Pad... that show had some drama!

I agree with all of this. I was so confused how everyone was suddenly rooting for Clare. And I don't think he is a terrible person everyone makes him out to be.

I agree that he was probably the most realistic bachelor. He most definitely made out with way to many women, but didnt claim to be falling for all of them. I also agree that most men dont fall in love that quickly. Jake was a horrible bachelor. Ugh.

I just don't understand why he was so uncomfortable and dancing around every question in the after show.

All he needed to say was 'there are things I love about Nikki, but we haven't been together long enough for me to say that I am completely in love with her.' I would have accepted that 100%. Just everything out of his mouth last night felt so awkward.

And telling Clare on their last date, that he barely knows her but he sure loves to $&@% her?! Seriously?? I feel like the only connections he had with anyone were based on physical attraction. He's about as deep as a kiddie pool.

After watching the final rose, I take back what I said about Clare lol. Yeah, she's incredibly bitter. It's sad, really.
And Andi as the new bachelorette? I may finally be done with this show.
