Has anyone ever used the smart balance butter or peanut butter as a source to aid in DHA? Also, I have been drinking either silk soy milk with DHA or the Organic 2% milk with DHA...Has anyone else done this instead of supplementing?
Also Thank you for your responses! I appreciate them. I was just worried because someone stated that eating the smart balance butter & peanut butter and drinking the organic milk fortified with DHA was unhealthy and that it wasn't a healthy choice. They stated don't worry about getting the DHA in as long as I was taking my prenatal vitamin and eating healthy it wouldn't be an issue.
