How are you Feeling? so over it. everything hurts all the time, and i'm sure DH is getting real tired of my emotional shit-storms. just bring on the baby already.
Upcoming appointments? Updates? finalizing my maternity leave. i was approved for 6 weeks short-term disability + 6 weeks FMLA. also, my boss is super nice and approved 60 additional days of unpaid leave with a job-hold guarantee. i will get 5 months at home with Peanut!
Rants? Raves? Rant: see above - everything hurts and i'm sick of the emotional roller coaster. Rave: in-laws came this weekend to help with nursery prep, and they're coming back next weekend for more! so grateful!
GTKY: What number baby is this for you? Were you "trying" or happy accident? (if you want to share) baby #1 = happy accident, but we were going to start trying at the end of 2013 anyway. so really, it's just a little sooner than we'd envisioned.How are you Feeling? meh. Big. I had pizza last night and without fail, I'm up a couple pounds this morning. I swell like crazy from pizza for some reason.

Rants? Raves? Rant: I hate that I've gained weight in my face. Like, a lot of weight. I was just looking at my 30 week picture vs. my 14 week picture (the first one I took) and it looks like a different person. I miss my collarbones and cheekbones
Rave: We had some of our old college friends up for the weekend and one of them brought their 6 month old. She was so cute and such a good baby!
GTKY: What number baby is this for you? Were you "trying" or happy accident? (if you want to share) This is our first baby! We were trying hardcore (charting, temping, OPKs) for about 7 months/8 cycles. I was starting to get really nervous that something was wrong, but I finally got pregnant.Week? How are you Feeling? Pretty good. Just absolutely exhausted all of the time.
Upcoming appointments? Updates? Sitting here waiting for the dr now. Had an ultrasound this morning I'm carrying 9.5lbs of baby right now!! Oliver weighs 5lbs 3oz. Caroline weighs 4lbs 2oz. Have to come back in 3 weeks for another measurement to make sure they aren't getting restricted in there.
Rants? Raves? So happy to have made it this far. Only 7 more weeks til I'll have some babies in my arms!!

This is actually number 3&4 for us. We were actively trying and used clomid and iui to get pregnant.

Pretty great actually! I've been a bit more diligent with my yoga classes, and walking the dog more because it's not so freezing, and I think that is really helping with my energy level.

Rant: Uhg. This morning is such a Monday. When I left for work and closed my front door my front doorknob came with me! We have a super old door (original to our 100 year old house) and to replace the whole lock mechanism will either cost a fortune or look terrible on the original wood door. We've fixed the loose knob a few times, and apparently we need to do this again. So now I'm locked out of my house!I'm taking the afternoon off do I can go pick up the side door keys from my husband and go to the hardware store. *sigh* What a way to start the week.GTKY: What number baby is this for you? How are you Feeling? Anxious! I feel like the first half of this pregnancy was so slow, but now I wish I had more time! Feel great with the exception of some heartburn and shortness of breath at times.
Upcoming appointments? Updates? Next appt is not until next week.
Rants? Raves? Rants: We are closing on our place this week and are in the process of interviewing remodelers/contractors. Looks like we won't be moved in until after LO is a month old.
Rave: I just got my diaper bag in the mail over the weekend and I LOVE it!! Too bad I still have a jillion other things to buy.
GTKY: What number baby is this for you? Were you "trying" or happy accident? (if you want to share) First! We were definitely trying and it happened 1 cycle after I got off the pill. I thought it would take a few months and we'd have some time alone, but now cannot wait to meet LO.How are you Feeling? Stressed, excited, and overwhelmed. So much to do!
Upcoming appointments? Updates? I have an appointment next week, but I may go in this week to see if I can get a note saying I need to start my maternity leave early. I'm too stressed and emotional at work to get anything done, and I'm so much happier at home resting and finishing up getting ready for the baby.
Rants? Raves? Rant - I'm out of sick days, and my boss is being a really big dick. I'm so ready to be done with work. Really hoping that I can start my leave soon.
GTKY: What number baby is this for you? Were you "trying" or happy accident? (if you want to share) This is baby 1 for us, and we were trying pretty hard! I charted and temped for about 6 months before I got pregnant with this little guyWeek? Fruit/Veggie? 30/cucumber (really?? must be a mutant strain)
How are you Feeling? fairly good mood wise and energy wise, still having a lost of issues from a work injury almost 1 month ago with my groin/pelvis and now it's a whole workers comp issue. ugh. good news is I may actually get to see a doctor for this issue as I have pregnancy medicaid so I am not covered for anything except pregnancy related stuff. but they have workers comp doctors I guess that would be covered- I would like to have a definitive answer to the issue and some proactive ways to get it resolved other than not using my legs a lot.
Upcoming appointments? Updates? MFM @ 3pm today and then OB next week then at 32 weeks I start weekly appts with both as I am high risk.
Rants? Raves? I need to get my butt in gear and get all the used clothing we got organized in peanuts room and not being able to work due to this injury (as they don't have the hours to reasonably accommodate me) but being in limbo on any decision is frustrating.

How are you Feeling? Severely uncomfortable with a side of right ligament pain running from rib to hip. Makes for a cranky cranky Monday.
Upcoming appointments? Updates? I have my second appt with the MW this Thursday. I"m excited to see if there is anything new with the LO.
Rants? Raves? I'm excited my baby shower is this Saturday! Can't wait to see my friends and family in one place. Also with each day that passes my DH surprises me with how supportive he really is with this pregnancy.

I failed my 1 hr last Monday so I'm sitting in the lab as we speak for my 3 hr. I brought plenty of homework so I guess I'm not bored. All I can think about is how I'm going to get donuts afterwards.

Rant: People suck at RSVPing for things. Rave: One of DH's coworkers gave us a Pac n Play, a bouncy seat, and a Moby wrap!

We were trying for 7 months. We had a CP on cycle 3 and this BFP 4 cycles after that. Oh and this is baby number 1!!
Week? Fruit/Veggie? 31 - Pineapple (and I can't help but cringe at the mental image of a pineapple coming out of my vag)
How are you Feeling? Kind of tired, achy, and plagued by lightening crotch. Also, irritable. But overall still not too bad.
Upcoming appointments? Updates? Nothing much... next appt. at 32 weeks. Had an ultrasound for 30 weeks to make sure my previously low-lying placenta had moved up (it has), and found out that my LO is measuring a few weeks ahead. Not sure what to make of that!
Rants? Raves? Our "handyman special" house is coming along- can't wait for all the things to be done and to move in at the end of the month! But... ehrmagherd so much work.

How are you Feeling?: Pretty good ... just now getting over a cold. Pregnant colds are the worst.
Upcoming appointments? Updates?: Had my 32-week appt. today. About a week ago, I had a follow-up ultrasound to make sure LO was growing properly and there was enough fluid, since my fundal height was measuring behind. But all was well and now we've caught up to the size we're supposed to be!
Rants? Raves?: Rant: My house is a complete disaster, and I'm feeling the need for everything to be clean RIGHT NOW. Unfortunately, DH does not feel the same urgency. Rave: this weekend was my first shower, and it was amazing! My college roommate came even though she lives far away and we hadn't seen each other for years, so that was awesome. I can't wait to start getting LO's nursery organized now that we actually have baby things.
GTKY: What number baby is this for you? Were you "trying" or happy accident? (if you want to share): This is baby number 1 for us, and we were trying for a long time. We are fairly young, so we were NTNP for about a year and a half before we started to really feel the urgency to figure out what was going on. It took another 3 years of testing, testing, and testing again to get them to start treating my borderline hypothyroidism. They paired my first prescription for Levothyroxin with our first round of Clomid, and we were overjoyed to find out that it worked so quickly.Week? Fruit/Veggie? 30 Weeks and a big ass cucumber I guess.
How are you Feeling? Like I am ready to no longer be pregnant.

Rants? Raves? We took a quick weekend getaway last weekend and it was a lot of fun. It rained the whole time, but that's Oregon.

FF was wrong and said I ovulated so we DTD without a condom once and BAM, baby Clay ended up in my "belly".
