IUI done yesterday and my memory fails me

Is it normal to be this crampy? I had three great follies (19mm each) and did trigger on Saturday. At yesterday's IUI the RE said we had 116 million after washing, so I'm hoping for the best. Today it's 2:00 am and I'm wide awake with back pain and cramps. I don't remember this at all when I did it in 2011.
 TTC #1 since June 2008
M/C @ 6 weeks 12/31/2008, Ectopic @ 6 weeks on 4/23/2010
Diagnosed Unexplained 11/2009-DH is fine-I don't get AF
Cycle #22 - 1/27/11 - IUI #1 & Injections - BFP! - DS born 11/11/11 
TTC#2 - 2/24/14 - IUI & Injections - BFP! - EDD 11/29/14

    I did cramp a lot after my last iui. Hope you feel better! Good luck those sound like good odds to me.

    TTC for 1.5 years with a crappy RE. 12 cycles with clomid (11 too many)
    New RE, 3 failed IUI's moving to IVF with ICSI
    IVF#1 BFP EDD 1/10/13

    Induced week 39 due to severe GD

    Yes- I cramped for both of my IUIs. I also cramped during O with just Clomid.

    BTW- hats of your DH! What an awesome sample! We only had ~ 3 million post-wash.

    Yes, I cramp after my IUI's too.  Not just from the IUI, but also from releases all of those eggs.  Good luck!

    Thanks!  They told me to test on 3/24/14 and call either way, so I'd probably go in for a beta on 3/25.
