Hey ladies! Sorry I forgot last week! We had a snow day and I honestly tuned out the fact that it was Friday and skipped right to Saturday... It really threw off my week, especially when we had another one one Monday!!!!

How much did you lose this week?

    Aunt Flo came to town and I was a hunger crazed maniac! 
    Any new motivations?
    Meh. No. I suppose losing more weight before J's 1st B-day would be great...
    Fav Leg workout?
    Squats or calf raises.

  • Hi guys!  I meant to join the weight loss ccheck in when it was re-initiated and then had 2 sinus infections back to back and ate everything in my house.  I'm here, hopefully for good.

    How much did you lose this week?

    I weigh in on the weekend, but last week was 2 lbs.

    How much have you lost?

    Since the first of the year, 6 lbs.  (Originally 10, gained 6 back, then lost 2 again)

    How much do you plan on losing total?

    45lbs

    Any hurdles this week?

    Traveling to in-laws this weekend usually means a lot of snacking.

    Any new motivations?

    Baby fever has hit again, so I want to lose the weight to put it back on lol.

    Fav Leg workout?

    I mostly diet and do cardio, not a whole lot of toning :(

    How much do you plan on losing total?50 pounds but probably more that's mainly what I want to lose.
    Any hurdles this week? Exercising when we are moving next week.
    Any new motivations? Summer, I want to actually get a bathing suit lol.
    Fav Leg workout? Squats, squat roundhouse kick, and reverse lunges.

  • How much did you lose this week? Almost 1 lb. So, notuch.

    How much have you lost? About 13 lbs.

    How much do you plan on losing total? 30-40lbs. I changed my amount but really, I am gping to stop when I feel satisfied even if I have not lost that much.

    Any hurdles this week? Emotional eating as usual. I have had a stressful, emotional week.

    Any new motivations? No. Other than being in shape to have another baby. Last time I got pregnant I had just gained weight which really sucked.

    Fav Leg workout? Climbing stairs. I not sure if that really works my legs but it feels like it does.

    Any new motivations? summer is always a motivation for me and I have a wedding to go to in June and it's starting to creep up on me

    How much did you lose this week? I am starting over fresh. 
     
    How much have you lost?  The only thing I've lost is the ability to see my feet.
     
    How much do you plan on losing total? I would like to lose 50lbs total, but would prefer to get pregnant before doing so.
     
    Any hurdles this week? Time. Work has been crazy and I feel like I hardly see LO, so carving out additional time is just difficult.
     
    Any new motivations? I started Slim in 6 on Sunday. I am kind of following the eating plan - mostly just trying to stick to calories at this point and cut out the crap.Day one was a success I think. I did everything I'm supposed to - Took before pictures (YIKES), did all my measurements, etc. We will see how things go in 6 weeks. I've committed to waking up at 5:15 am so I can be done with the workout by 6, shower, feed J and get out the door around 7.
     
    Fav Leg workout? I don't have one at this point. I guess squats although I can't say I love them.
     
    @beaubecca - I was just thinking this weekend how funny it would be if we both ended up on the same BMB next time around, lol.
