Hey ladies! Sorry I forgot last week! We had a snow day and I honestly tuned out the fact that it was Friday and skipped right to Saturday... It really threw off my week, especially when we had another one one Monday!!!!

I weigh in on the weekend, but last week was 2 lbs.
Since the first of the year, 6 lbs. (Originally 10, gained 6 back, then lost 2 again)

Traveling to in-laws this weekend usually means a lot of snacking.
Baby fever has hit again, so I want to lose the weight to put it back on lol.
I mostly diet and do cardio, not a whole lot of toning
How much have you lost? 13.5
How much do you plan on losing total?50 pounds but probably more that's mainly what I want to lose.
Any hurdles this week? Exercising when we are moving next week.
Any new motivations? Summer, I want to actually get a bathing suit lol.
Fav Leg workout? Squats, squat roundhouse kick, and reverse lunges.
How much have you lost? About 13 lbs.
How much do you plan on losing total? 30-40lbs. I changed my amount but really, I am gping to stop when I feel satisfied even if I have not lost that much.
Any hurdles this week? Emotional eating as usual. I have had a stressful, emotional week.
Any new motivations? No. Other than being in shape to have another baby. Last time I got pregnant I had just gained weight which really sucked.
Fav Leg workout? Climbing stairs. I not sure if that really works my legs but it feels like it does.
