Dairy Free - Rec your coffee creamer

I'm just started a dairy free diet. Soy and nuts are not a concern atm. What would you recommend?

Almond milk did the trick for me.  It is thicker than the 1% milk I was used to in my coffee and tasted fine.  DS drinks almond milk and I still use it in my coffee by choice.

If you need something with a "creamier" consistency there are great coconut milk coffee creamers by So Delicious, and probably soy as well.

Delicious! I also use Vanilla Almond milk to gain some extra calories when I know I'm not going to get much until DH gets home.
