  I remember when I went in for the 8wk appt they told me about that. I was mortified but seriously curious on who, what and why it'd be done. Haha. Soooo weird.

  My doctor mentioned this at our first appointment.  I, of course, turned to DH (straight faced) and said, "So, we must have been doing that wrong this whole time."  He looked like he wanted to crawl under a rock and die.  Poor DH so shy.  No sense of humor.
