Future Children and names

For those of you planning on having more children, do you already have names picked out or are you waiting to pick names? We already have names picked out for the next two if they are a boy and another girl. If we have more than 1 boy I'm screwed because I have such a difficult time with boy names.

Our next names are Gianluca Edgardo and Alicia.

Also anyone planning on having 3+?

Nope haven't looked for any names yet. Also next time I don't want to find out the babies sex (it'll be hard ha). DH on the other hand wants to know, but I got him on board to be 'team green' and let it surprise us.

If we could we'd plan to have more than 2 but I don't see how we could financially do that..

We have quite the long list of girl names. Naming a boy would be a much bigger challenge.

If we have more we would be done at 2, unless our next pregnancy is twins.

We have the girl name since we picked for both sexes before we knew LO was a boy. DS is the fourth so that was easy. I don't want to think about naming another boy, but DH has brought it up twice this week! He needs to back up off my uterus.

Boy: Marko Anthony (it my SOs name. Anthony is his deceased fathers name but he went by Tony). We will call him Tony.

Boy2: Nicholas Timothy (Timothy is my dads name.)

Girl: Have no fucking clue. I spent three hours reading off girl names to M for C before we could agree.

We have 2 sets of girl names already picked out and we've discussed boy names but haven't settled on any.

Girls: Ariadne Elizabeth and Aria Sue (the MNs are family)
Boy: Armando Jesse Jr. (but he isn't sure he want's a junior) so Armando/Jesse Tobias (Leaning towards using Jesse as the FN and calling him that or using Armando as the first name and calling him Tobias or Tobi. As I said, we're not sure about boy names yet.)

I used the girl name we had picked for DS1 for DD. I did not use the boy name we picked for DD for DS2. We may have another but no names yet.

Girls we have no idea. We decided on Anastasia Louise for LO if we had a girl. But I'm glad we had a boy because now I'm not so sure I like that.. We had planned to call her Ana. Pronounced Anna. My mom kept saying "everyone's gonna pronounce is on-uh" whatever. I like 1 n better than 2.

I like Cassandra. NN Cassie. But DH won't commit because I flip flopped so much while I was pregnant with ds..

We have multiple boy names picked out. Silas is definitely my top name and so is Luca for boy names. As far as girl names are concerned, we have no idea. I would like 5, but SO isn't on board. He did agree on four and my choice on pur next dog.

Boy: Joseph (DH middle) Alexander (my first in male form). We will most likely call him Jac (his initials)

Girl: No clue yet, I am in love with Lindsey, but can't decide on a middle name. DH isn't a fan.

I want three, but DH is happy with one. We are letting fate decide.

Reading all the baby names makes me antsy to look for names right at this instant!! haha

Girl names I had thought about before we found out the sex were: Lilith, Rose, Annabelle, Abigail, Masie, Willow, Amelie, Pearl bla bla bla

Yet, I agree, finding another name for a boy is going to be very hard!!

I'm glad were not the only weirdos thinking about this. All of my hubby's kids from his first marriage started with K so we wanted to keep it going with ours so they didn't feel different. The problem is he is adimant that the name be Hawaiian again. I love Kainoa's name but people have a hard time with it. The only other K names DH likes for a boy are even more difficult to pronounce. He likes Kekoa, kawika ( proounced Kavika) and Kalani . So I'm worried if its a boy. If its a girl it's definitely Keilani, which I LOVE.

We have had a girl name picked since before TTC Elizabeth Grace (We'd call her Elle- like the letter L, not Ellie).

For a boy we have 2 from this time around that we didn't use: Aaron or Lucas. Next boy's middle name will be William (DH's dad) since we used a family name from my side for Noah's middle name.

Now we just have to decide if we have the balls/patience to be team green!

@mmm50 Our LO is Aaron. It's a great name! Not too popular, but traditional enough that people can spell it. Although we live in WI so we often get asked if he is named after Aaron Rodgers (he's not).

In my magical dream world where I talk my H into a 3rd:

We'll use the boy name we'd planned if either girl was a boy: Porter James. Porter is FIL's last name that my H wasn't given, James is my H's middle name.

Girls were hard both times for us. We'd use Sue as a MN, it's my mom's MN. I love the name Maisie but H isn't a fan. I also love Katherine because then the girls and my first initials would be J, K, L, M. And I'm a nerd like that.

I also loooove the name Calliope but my H looked at me like I had a third eye when I suggested it.

DH's name is Giancarlo and he wanted to name our son after him. Nope, not doing it. So we settled on Gianluca. Something we both like.

We have two boys names picked out. I we had another girl, we'd be in big trouble!

DH only wants two, with possible adoption in the future, but I wouldn't complain if pregnancy #2 was twins :-p (I like bigger families)

We had such a difficult time picking out names. We had wanted to have a boy and a girl name decided on before we had our ultrasound, but we had only picked out a girl name. And she turned out to be a girl! So Lyla Marie it was. We never decided we liked anything else. After the fact I heard a boys name DH and I kind of like, Lane. But we don't know if we want to be "those people" who have kids with names that all start with the same letter! We probably won't look at names until I am KU again.

We are set if we have a boy, we would use Leo (my grandpa's name).

We are screwed if we have another girl. We have no family name options for girls and it took us forever to decide on LO's name!

Because both sound awesome with our last name.

My DH totally was serious about naming our baby Daenerys. I had to shut it down pretty quickly! (Although the name is beautiful, it def. Does not work with our last name!)

If we have a boy, we will name him Hayes Crawford and if another girl, something that starts with an 'A' and middle name Diane :-)

Not going to lie I tried convincing DH to let me name M Daenerys. Fight me on it, I'll slay you.
