Breast shells for sore nipples?

Anyone use breast shells for sore nipples? Not the shields for breast feeding but the shells you put on after. 

My nipples are cracked and sore and my bra is rubbing and causing more pain!!

    I used than and loved them. I had a chunk out of my nipple and they were raw so the shell helped give them air and helped with healing.

    Yes and if you are cracked and/or bleeding use a bit of bacitracin on your nipple and the shells. I did this and it only took a day for my nipple to heal. GL!

    The nurses at the hospital gave me some and I love them. Haven't had to use them in a few days, but they were life savers those first few days at the hospital.

    Yes! They were a lifesaver when I went back to work at 6 weeks postpartum.  My nipples were still sore and having my bra/shirt rub on them was painful.
