Hypnobabies on Phone during labor

I'm completing the hypnobabies home study now and plan to listen to it during my labor, but my issue is that I can only listen to it on my phone. I don't want to lug my computer to birth center. I'm nervous about texts coming through and interrupting my focus. I know how to turn off email, but I don't know how to turn off texts. Any suggestions or ideas? 

Anything else I should be aware of so my focus isn't broken?

    Put your phone in flight mode. That should disable calls and texts.
