  I am 22 weeks as well. Haven't had those kinds of pain but last night I thought he was going to fall out. The pressure was so low and unbearable. It's bed rest for me today. Hope your feeling better!

  This is my second pregnancy, and although I don't remember feeling the exact pain you describe I do remember feeling a lot of other pains in my belly. I would call the Dr if it is really worrying you. The pains I do remember feeling last time were:

  -I felt like my ab muscles were being ripped apart vertically. Asked the Dr, they said it was normal.

  -I thought my belly button was going to pop out like a turkey timer. Normal again from the Dr.

  -More in the last 6 weeks or so, I started feeling tightness that started around my ribs and would work its way down to my pelvis. Effing Dr's just say everything is normal it seems.

  I hope if what you are feeling is "normal" that its not too bad! We've got a long 4ish months left..

  I have been having horizontal pain in my stomach ranging from low to above the belly button. It is completely normal. Drinking water and sitting down for a few minutes might help.
