2 year old bike options

DD is getting a bike for her 4th birthday.  I was thinking I would get my bike back out and get a toddler seat for my son who will be 2 in May, but I'm thinking DD may need my help or may go too slow for me to be on a bike too.  Is there something I could get him that he can feel he's on a bike or something more fun then just a stroller?  I'm thinking he's out grown those 3 in 1 trikes.  I don't think he's ready for a regular bike, we were going to get DD one last year when she turned 3 but she couldn't turn the peddles enough to move the bike.
