I'm still getting the hang of my 12 week old's routine which got disrupted with the introduction of daycare this week. DD gets about 12-13 hours/day. Now with me going back to work I think we need to do an earlier bedtime so that she can get more of her sleep in at night since she has to get up earlier in the morning. But that means less time with the baby in the evenings after we get home from work. However, I don't think my DD has ever gotten more than 13.5 hours of sleep in during the day beyond that newborn sleeping stage (and that's on a "good day" when we have no errands to run or places to be and can focus on naps).

Take a day and journal all her cat naps, you might be surprised.
I bet there's an app for that

We have a sleep-lover here. 12.5 hours overnight (8pm-5:30am, 6-9), and 2 or 3 naps each lasting 1.5 hours during the day. She's very alert and active when awake though.

It depends on the day. Sometimes LO will sleep for 18 hours, the next day she'll only sleep about 10-12. On average though, I'd say she's getting between 15-16 hours.
I get 11-12 hours a day out of LO. He sleeps 6-7hours at the start of the night, 2-3 after his feeding, and then a couple short naps throughout the day

We are very similar, except bed time is around 9. Up around 4:30 or 5:30 to eat and back down until 8 or nine. Then usually 3 naps a day ( i just cant put him down for naps). Though every once in a while we have a bad night (up every 2 hours)
