Recommend a job for me

I am thinking of going back to work relatively soon. My background is in secretarial work (desk job- faxing, copying, answering phones, filing, etc). I would love to work at an OB/Gyn office but don't know if the one I used while pregnant with DD is hiring. Anyone have any clue? TIA!!

Eta: My background is in commercial real estate but its been years...

And for a serious response, have you read What Color is Your Parachute? It's a good book about career exploration. I need to dig up my copy and do some re-reading.
