Was able to scan in my US photos from today! As I mentioned earlier, sonographer guessed girl, but just curious what y'all think. You know, since we are all clearly experts at this. It's just for fun!

She said something about some lines visible in each of these being parallel with the line of the spine which indicated girl. I guess i should have circled those!

@GroxB I can't really get a clear vision of what's going on between the legs there. But I'm going to say boy based on no very good reason other than I probably made up seeing a "dangle" in there.

Oh my ultrasound tech today refused to indulge any questions about Boo's sex! We we're looking at the legs and I said something like, "Do we see anything in between those legs?" and she said "At this point both boys and girls have something there and you just can't tell the difference." and then swooshed the wand-thing and changed the angle. C'mon lady! Can't you just take a guess for funzies? I'm including the between the legs shot for your guessing pleasure!

@loveobx917 see the nub theory link I posted above. All babies have Nubs right as their genitals develop. Boys tend to point more straight up and girls are usually more parallel to their spine. However, not all shots get the nub.

I don't even know what angle baby's body is in the full body shot. I think baby looks like they have a tail? Sure hope not. Maybe y'all can see more than I can. I do have a fantastic profile though. Any skull theory guesses?

Ive read about it but not enough to really understand it! Thanks for the guess. I've had a gut feeling it's a girl all along even though I've been team boy. I just haven't given into satisfaction of my mom and MIL by agreeing with them. Ha!

@Emmy916 I don't know if what I think i see is a nub or not, but taking a wild guess, I'd say boy.

Others- I can't see enough to even guess, even though my other guesses are completely non-professional

We are excited to be team pink... but we'd be happy either way. We'll see what happens with ours in a few weeks!

I had an u/s yesterday and the tech was the same way!!! I told her I was well aware that it was just a guess for fun and I promised I wouldn't go buy anything blue or pink yet and she still said no.

Same for us Thursday. Not even a smile when I asked.

My tech wouldn't guess either. She said angle of the dangle has been proven ineffective or something. Next scan is at 16 weeks, I guess we'll see then!

@groxb I think I see boy. Your photo is tough because I don't see a clear "dangle" more leg than anything.
@wrightpalomo I can't tell from crotch shots at NT scans, do you have a profile shot that includes between the legs?

I wasn't supposed to have an US at my appt 2 weeks ago, but my OB suspected it was too early to easily find the HB with the doppler so I got an US instead. I was totally caught off guard and didn't even ask for a more clear shot. But I looked at the picture I took with my phone - he/she was curled up anyway, so wouldn't have been able to catch anything anyway

Oh I want to play! Any guesses? Considering I have no idea what I am looking for exactly, I am not sure if either u/s has a viable "dangle". 1st one is at 12 weeks 5 day 2nd is 11 weeks 1 days.

SEK - I'm terrible at this, but based on the earlier pic, I say girl. The dangle looks pretty parallel to the spine. Unless that's a leg in which case, no clue!

The more I look at them and examples on Google the more I think it's a girl too. I totally was feeling boy.
