Relactating after 2.5 months?

I stopped pumping in late December after EPing for 7 months. I had a great supply, if that matters.

Is it at all realistic to think I might be able to reestablish supply at this point? And/or what would it take to do so?

This kid may not have a lot of bowel, but he has plenty of guts!

  • I am in the process of relactation. I had been done nursing for 5 months. I am on week 8 and getting about 10oz a day. I have heard that it will take as long as you were done nursing to regain your original supply! I say start pumping every 2-3 hours and maybe add an herbal supplement. Mother Love more milk plus is a good one!!
