Ugh DS is SOOO congested. It's awful! We are trying to limit how much we suction him, but it's so bad...

We are taking shifts staying up with him to keep him propped up so he can get some sleep. Even propped up on my chest he's doing terrible.

He doesn't have a fever or anything, he just can't breathe through his nose. It's really freaking me out. He sounds miserable.

Saline and suction. Try taking him in a steamy shower (not in the water just in there for the steam). That may help loosen things up. Hope he feels better.

When my LO had RSV, saline drops and a nose freida were our salvation. I don't think the nose freida is near as invasive as the suction bulb. It was tons easier on his poor raw nostrils. Good luck!

Humidifier, steam shower, saline drops and suctioning with the NoseFrida before bed seemed to help our LO. Also, in the nights he was really bad he slept in his RnP (he normally sleeps in his crib with no incline). Good luck and I hope he feels better soon!!
