Weaning - sniff...

Hi Ladies,

I don't usually post here but I wanted somewhere anomuous to put this out into the world.  I'll be weaning my little guy shortly and I'm feeling sad about it.  He has just been nursing once a day at bedtime since September when I went back to work and is now 19 months.  I am 8 weeks pregnanat with #3 and exausted so the time as come, it needs to happen for me.  With #1 I weaned her at 16.5 months for the same reason - pregnant, exausted - but I was ready that time.  #2 has been a much easier baby to nurse, and he really likes it.  Sigh... being a Mom is hard sometimes.  That is all.  Just had to get that out there.

    Well done, mama.  You have done an awesome job.  My DS turns 16m tomorrow and I think we had our last BF session this morning (he was down to 1x/d) as I think I'm ready to stop.  GL with your pg!
