This may be gross, but I'm curious regarding urine color as indicative of dilution. I'm 2 days late for my period, (usually like clockwork) but my FMU has been very light in color instead of the usual amber it normally is at that time of day. I should note, last Fri/Sat I had UTI symptoms, got bad on Sun, visited the doc on Mon, and came back positive with a bladder infection on Thurs. Therefore my liquid intake has been much higher than usual since then. I've been experiencing a multitude of early pregnancy symptoms for over a week, and while I don't believe a UTI would cause a false negative I'm starting to think my samples have been so diluted the test isn't reading it properly.
I've taken tests for the past 5 days or so using Wondfo, but I haven't had dark urine in over a week to test. Has anyone else experienced a similar situation or found that darker urine made a difference, and if so, did you end up testing positive or negative?
