Headed to children's...

I'm posting mainly bc I need the strength of others. Yesterday bug started to vomit up everything after each feeding. Around 2 am I called the on call ped from my clinic and she said it may be pyloric stenosis which is more common in 1st born males. She gave us the Ok to wait until morning to head in for an ultrasound as the ER would probably take that long anyway. She said if it it PS then we caught it early since the vomiting just starting and it can be fixed through surgery. Being a NICU mom just 4 weeks ago I don't think I have the strength in me for another hospital stay. Watching DS go through this is gut wrenching physical pain and I feel weak. :( this mom stuff is tougher than I ever imagined....well know more after the ultrasound.
