missed period

Anyone have issues with missing periods? I never missed a period before baby. Ds was born in sept. I had 2 periods back to back in November then nothing until about 11pp. Ds is now 17 months and period are regular again. However, last period was a week early (2/2) and still no period as of 3/6. Took a pregnancy testy today and Neg. How likely is it that this is just a missed period?
