I ordered the Ameda breast pump (because I prefer a closed system) via a faxed order form. After several days of not hearing from them, I finally received a call that everything had been processed, the prescription from my doctor received, insurance coverage verified, and that I would receive a phone call stating the the pump had been shipped probably the next day. Almost an entire week passed before I did receive the phone call which stated I would receive the pump in one business day, but that evening the pump arrived. They shipped, not the Ameda, but the Medela Pump In Style Advanced. Since it's still a very good pump, I decided I would go ahead and just use it rather than deal with the hassle of trying to obtain the Ameda (Edgepark does not accept breast pump returns, so they say), but upon opening the box, I discovered that one of the flanges was completely broken in half. I called Edgepark to obtain an unbroken part who stated it does not stock replacement parts/accessories and I would have to go through Medela to get a replacement flange, which I would have to pay for. So not only did they send me NOT what I ordered but it was partially broken too. I do not recommend Edgepark Medical Supplies - even though the process of getting a prescription and insurance approval was completely taken care of by them, the order completion was completely unacceptable. Just thought I would share for those that have other options...

From my experience Medela will send the parts free of charge.
