  I like Drew.

  My brother is an Andrew, and he was Andy up through HS, and now he prefers Andrew only. So I call him Andy to irritate him =].

  One of our triplet boys will be Andrew. We're sticking with the full name since all other Andrews in our family...Like 4 of them!... Go by andy.

  I prefer Drew over Andy, but would tend to lean toward just using Andrew. 

  
  

  As someone who grew up with a nn starting with a different letter than my given name, I am not a huge fan of that situation (little things like signatures, email addresses, wedding monograms, etc. get a little annoying/frustrating - might be minor, but something that has always bothered me about the nn I was given).
