di/di twins...boy is slowing off of his growth curve

Hey there -- I'm about 31.5 weeks and had a growth scan (and subsequent NST) today.  Doctor was concerned that baby boy's stomach size is slowing off of his growth curve.  Plus, he moved very little during the 1 hour scan.  So, had a NST but results came back good and I've felt him moving ever since.  Going to start doing weekly NSTs to monitor.

Anything else I should be asking the doc?  Everything has gone so smoothly this pregnancy that I wasn't really sure how to react.  Dr mentioned the possibility of hospital admittance if the NST wasn't favorable but obviously it was...thank god!  But, a little scary nonetheless!!!

Should i be concerned with IUGR and ask the doc about that?

I would ask the doctor about IUGR. I had weekly NST and they were all normal, but my daughter had severe IUGR that was not diagnosed. NSTs have their place but normal results certainly don't mean that the babies are fine. I would ask how else they plan to monitor (more ultrasounds?) and whether they would consider early delivery if his growth doesn't improve. I would also ask about other reasons just his stomach growth is slowing if the doctor doesn't think it's IUGR.
