Update on shortened cervix and nurse message

Over the weekend I posted that I got a message from a nurse, after a cervical u/s. She said my cervix was at 2.5 and I should take it easy, etc. I called on Monday for clarity.

I was told that I should be on "pelvic rest" which means no sex, heavy lifting, running

, or anything I might do with my pelvis? A little confusing to be honest. If my cervix was at 2.4 or 2.3 they would be more "concerned". So this whole thing is crazy to me. I guess my cervix is shorter than it should be but is not thinning too much and there is really nothing to do or worry about.

I wanted to update because I posted about it and still though...I am not too happy with the wishy-washy response! They will re-check it next week I guess.
