Strange discomfort feeling! Help!

Okay so I may have a new discomfort for the books but I'm hoping maybe one of you ladies may have experienced this before. I just put a call into my nurse. As most of you know I had my retrieval on Wednesday and got mild OHSS. Yesterday I started feeling pain/discomfort right, literally right above my private area. Sometimes it's pain but most times it's just been a pressure discomfort feeling. Last night though I had to take Tylenol and use a heating pad on it bc I could stand straight up or it felt like I was stretching something inside. Like something inside is pulled tight. My urine is clear and it doesn't hurt to pee but it hurts when my bladder is full likes it pushing on this or something. My exam yesterday was a little rough and she said my ovaries are still extremely swollen so I don't know if maybe it got irritated inside, like my cervix? My bloating is going down so maybe I'm sore from it being so swollen inside? Or maybe a bladder infection or a general infection from procedure? Ugh, waiting for the nurse to call me back. Thought maybe I would see if anyone has experienced this type of discomfort before. TIA!

DH - SA #1, #2 and #3 - 0% morphology 
Straight to IVF w/ ICSI 
April 3 - start date for BC 
April 18 - tentative start date for injections 
Tentative IVF dates: ER - 4/27 and ET - 5/3!! DELAYED.
IVF #1 - May 6 - Estrace
May 17 - started injections!
ER and ET end of May!! BFFN :(
FET #1 - June 28th - BFP!!!! :)
Beta #1 - 164, Beta #2 - 381
1st u/s 7/16/13 - 2 sacs with yolks! 1 smaller than the other - Possible Twins?! 
2nd u/s 7/26/13 - 1 healthy baby with heartbeat of 123bpm! Second sac empty. Next u/s 8/5/13.
8/5/13 (7w2d) - no heartbeat. Lost our precious LO :-/
D&C on 8/12/13 - finally neg hcg 2 months later on 10/3/13.
Saline Songram on 10/10/13 - found polyp :-( post-poned again.
Hysteroscopy on 10/29/13.
FET #2 - BFP!!!! :-) 
Beta #1 - 265, Beta #2 - 692
12/24-12/28 (6w) - lost our LO (2nd miscarriage in a row)
RPL panel and Karyotyping; results all normal!
Started bcp's 1/24/14; saline sonogram 1/30/14 - All clear!!
IVF #2 02/15/14; ER 02/26/14 - freeze all due to mild OHSS. 
7 blasts; PGD on all 7 - all 7 normal!!!
FET #3 4/8/14; BFP!! :-)
Beta #1 - 235, Beta #2 - 539
1st u/s - It's TWINS!!!!
2nd u/s- both babies measuring on track! Heartbeats of 118 and 122!!
EDD: Christmas Day!!!

    I had mild OHSS and my ovaries were very swollen (actually touching one another). I had pains and pressure and weirdness for weeks. I also had some bleeding and trauma to my cervix from the transfer (did a 5 day transfer), which didn't help.

    I always advocate for getting checked out if it doesn't seem normal (I did in my situation), but it sounds similar to my experience where it took quite a while to be able to stand up and even walk normally.
    Married 8/2008. IVF with PGD March 2013.
    3/22 ER: 25R, 20M, 15F. 9 genetically normal, and 3 survived to Day 5
    3/27 ET: transferred 1 embryo, beta 9dp5dt=163, 12dp5dt=639
    4/25 1st ultrasound at 7 weeks = identical twins with heartbeats?!!!
    PPROM at 31w, delivery at 32 weeks of two beautiful girls

    Same here.... my last fresh IVF in June last year I had mild OHSS. I knew something was up when I couldn't stand up straight at the copy machine. Oh geez, that was not fun at all. Hope your nurse was able to get back to you and you can get that checked out!!

    It sounds like a bladder infection or when they were moving things around a nerve that is around there got irritated.

    Thanks for your responses ladies!! I went in today for us bw and urine sample. Us and bw came back ok. Urine culture won't be back till Saturday to confirm it's not a uti. Doctor said she thinks it's me not emptying my bladder enough and the full bladder is pushing on my swollen and sore ovaries. So I'm trying to pee every hour!
