I am adoring "Hank"

We still don't have an actual boy list yet. We mention names here or there, but nothing is loved by the two of us. The past few days I have been in love with Hank. Thoughts?
(Other names we have mentioned: Ryan, Chase, Bryant, Owen). Regardless I think middle name will be Edward.

    I love Henry with Hank as a NN but don't care much for Hank as the real FN. I also like Chase and think it flows well with Edward :)
    Oh and even though I like Henry, I feel like it is gaining a lot of popularity and I might pass on it for that reason (my personal taste to avoid popular names)

    Henry NN Hank.  I LOVE Henry, but I can't quite get there with Hank.

    DH is Hank. He has had nothing but compliments on his name the whole time I've known him. Most people comment on how it fits his personality- funny, ornery, friendly, and a bit crazy.

    Love it. This was our boy name for this pregnancy, but we're having a girl. Henry with nn Hank.

    I don't love Hank, but I don't dislike it. I would never use it on my kid but I would be tickled to meet a little Hank. 

    I like Ryan and Owen as well, but they have a totally different vibe than Hank to me (preppy all-American suburban vs. hipster).

    Hank makes me think of two things- Tom Hanks, and Hank the grumpy character played by Ray Romano on Parenthood.

    I think it's cute, but my mind keeps going to King of the Hill lol.  Seriously, I love Henry and think Hank is a cute nickname.

    Thanks for all of the replies. We are just all over the place with boy names. I posted a poll last night about Tucker.

    We really don't have a style. So it makes it a bit harder. :)

    As far as Henry and Hank for the nn - I'm not a fan. To me they are two different names. For example, I never understood the whole fn John with Jack as a nn.
    Also, I have an uncle Henry. He has 5 daughters. I am sure one of them would love to use his name.

    DS didn't have a name until he was 2 1/2 days old. If this is a boy, the same thing will probably happen :)
