What's for dinner this week?

DH is on spring break this week, so I'll get to cook in peace every night. Woo hoo!

T: Steak, stir fry rice, broccoli
W: I think I'm going out with friends...
Th: crock pot chicken cacciatore
F: pasta veggie chicken skillet meal
S: birthday party
S: Dinner with ILs

Tonight we are having steak sandwiches using "steak'ems" with pierogies.

Tomorrow will likely be a random bag of fish sticks I found in my freezer. All this is stuff we never buy so im trying to use it up.

Santa Fe rice and beans

Oh good! I thought they were some sort of taboo food but there they are in my freezer!

I did maple glazed drumsticks last night and YUMMMM!

I also made a big batch of meatballs, so I'm sure we'll be eating that at some point.

I currently have spaghetti sauce simmering, so that's also going to be on the menu this week.

Annnd that's about as far as I've gotten for now.
