7 month old not nursing

About a month ago, my LO started nursing less and less from 12 mins down to about 5 to 8. He was definitely teething. I do weighed feedings and he is taking in less (about 2.5 oz per feeding down from 3.5 to 4 oz per feeding. Now he has a horrible viral infection and is nursing only 4 mins, if that, and taking less than 2 oz. He is doing the same with the bottle.

He is zero percentile. I've been pumping to keep my supply but I also have a huge freezer stash because he won't feed from the left side. My right makes plenty, no supply issues.

I'm tired of pumping every feed now. What should I do? Use my freezer stash? The milk is from Sep to current with more oz from early months when I pumped more often.
I wish he would start nursing again but I'm not hopeful.

Advice? I don't want him to lose weight and he isn't interested in solids.

Doctor said to give it time. He is on antibiotics for fluid in ears and that causes decreased appetite. Plus he is congested. The decreased nursing started before this though.

My older LO self weaned around 7 months as well. Super distracted and slowly just lost interest. I thought it was a nursing strike but it wasn't. So I EP to get him to a year.

With this LO,its hard to pump when I'm taking care of both kids. I'm a stay at home mom now. With a huge freezer stash, wondering if 3 frozen bottles that are from 5 months ago are too much. I could pump fresh 2 or 3 times and give about 12 oz of frozen.
Just don't know if it is nutrtionally sufficient since its from when he was much younger.

    So lost :(
