Six months today!

I can't believe my little man has been in the world for six months, and I am so grateful that we have been able to EBF this entire time.  First goal - achieved!  
I was using a nipple shield for the first four months due to very flat nipples, but we gradually worked out way off it and have been going without for almost two months now.  When I was preparing to give birth, I was more nervous about breastfeeding than delivery.  We have definitely worked hard to get to where we are today, but I am so happy that we have reached this first milestone - here's hoping we can make it a full year!
