No favorites

DD has no favorite toys, blankets, books, foods, etc...  People regularly ask me if she has a favorite food or toy and often I just make something up on the spot because I feel like it's expected.  Anyone else out there have a mediocre kid?

    The only favorite my baby has is me, I'm her favorite! :) This age is too young for that. When my older daughter was about 18 mo she fell in love with Bun Bun (stuffed bunny), and it was awful! We dragged that thing evvverywhere, and heaven forbid we should leave it atGrandmas or couldn't find it at bedtime. Plenty of time for that later! :)

    The only thing that I can say is her favorite is Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.  As soon as she hears the voices or the music she starts dancing or looks for the tv.  Even if she is in the kitchen she runs over to the railing in order to see the tv.  Other then that she has no favorites.

    Thanks everyone! There's even a spot in her baby book for "My favorite toy that I was never without was ________" and "I always had _____________ to help me sleep at night."  I guess I will just wait a few more months to fill those out.  I feel more normal now.

    Same with my DD and she is definitely laid back.  Her birthday party is coming up and people keep asking me what she wants.  No clue, people.  She likes looking at books at daycare but not at home.  She likes doing stuff at home but not at daycare.  She doesn't have any favorites except the things she's not supposed to be into (ANYTHING on the coffee table, end table, floor, laundry basket, garbage can, dog food dish, etc etc.).  I've tried to give people ideas for stuff DD doesn't have at daycare so she has more variety.  That stinks, though, because they have a lot of the newer cool toys there.  

    I agree, though, that I'm her favorite thing.  Sorry, can't clone me and give her two mamas!
